  • 1 package banana pudding mix (instant)
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • Vegetable oil (for shaping the dough)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add in the mashed banana, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.

  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, banana pudding mix, and baking soda.

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until fully combined.

  • Fold in the white chocolate chips.

  • Lightly coat your hands with vegetable oil, then form the dough into small balls. Place on baking sheet about 1 inch apart.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.

  • Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
