Add in the mashed banana, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, banana pudding mix, and baking soda.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until fully combined.
Fold in the white chocolate chips.
Lightly coat your hands with vegetable oil, then form the dough into small balls. Place on baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
