Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, or a baking mat.
Mix butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add sweetened condensed milk and blend until creamy.
Add baking soda, baking powder and pinch of salt, mix until combined.
Add flour and blend until fully incorporated.
Now add chocolate chips and mix for 30 seconds.
Use a cookie scoop to form balls of dough, and drop them 2” apart on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
Allow the cookies to rest on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes.
Remove and store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
This recipe makes about 18 cookies.
