1. Preheat oven to 375 °F.
2. Set al the ingredients in a big bowl. Stirring very well until a smooth dough.
3. Transfer that dough to a large piece of parchment paper and cover it with another piece of the same size.
4. Using a rolling pin extend the dough up and down and to the sides. It should be about ¼ inch thick.
5. Optional: spread extra oregano on top of the dough.
6. Cut the dough in squares of your desired size. It yields about 30 crackers of 1.2 square inches.
7. Before baking, make some space between the crackers for them not to stick.
8. Transfer the cracker with the baking paper onto a baking tray.
9. Bake them 10-15 minutes or until they are brown on the downside.
