1. In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients for the base until combined.
2. Transfer the base mix to a lined 8’’ square tray and press it down to set. Place it in the freezer while doing the rest.
3. For the filling, whisk peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil and salt until smooth.
4. Pour the filling over the base until it is all covered. Then spread the roasted peanuts all over the filling. Place it in the freezer for one hour to harden.
5. Melt chocolate with coconut oil for 45 seconds in the microwave or until smooth.
6. Transfer the snicker tray with the linen paper to a flat surface and chop it into 12 individual snicker bars.
7. Finally is time to coat them in chocolate. You can do it over a table or over a cooling rack. When doing it drizzle each snicker with 2 tbsp of melted chocolate.
