1. Mix the warm water with the sugar and the yeast. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
2. In a bowl, combine the flour with cinnamon and salt.
3. After the mixture has rested 10 minutes (step 1), add it and stir well.
4. Add the vanilla extract and stir again.
5. Dust your hands with flour and knead the dough for about 10 minutes or until it isn’t sticky anymore.
6. Set your dough in a greased bowl (oil), cover it up, and let it rest in a warm place for one hour.
7. Dust your hands with flour and form your dough into a round ball.
8. Work the dough into a circle and place it on a greased tray.
9. Bake at 360° for 15 minutes. Let it cool.
10. Spread Nutella, sprinkle with nuts and decorate with chopped bananas and strawberries
