Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower Bites with Ranch Sauce

Sometimes you are just in the mood for a little bite, well these Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are just what you need!

These are also great so search as sides or appetizers.

How to make Roasted Cauliflower Bites

Preheat oven to 375°.

In a small bowl whisk together the crushed chilli, olive oil, lemon juice, all the spices and salt. Whisk well to combine. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the cauliflower florets and toss well to coat.

Spread the cauliflower in a single layer over a lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, gently tossing the cauliflower approximately halfway through cooking.

Cook until the cauliflower is tender and browned around the edges.

For the ranch sauce, blend every ingredient until getting a smooth cream.

Serve your Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower Bites immediately. Chopped parsley on the top, optional.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 1 tsp garlic powder / chopped garlic
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ smoked paprika
  • ¼ ground pepper
  • 1 tsp crushed chilli
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley

 Ranch Sauce:

  • ½ cup soaked cashews
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley

Instructions
