Make these quick and wonderfully chewy condense milk choc chip cookies for a treat any day of the week!
These are sure to satisfy anyone’s sweet tooth.
Ingredients needed to make condensed milk cookies:
This recipe makes 18 cookies so feel free to double it! There is a printable version at the bottom so you don’t have to copy this down.
- 1 ½ c all purpose flour
- ¾ c softened butter
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ c sweetened condensed milk
- ½ c of granulated sugar
- 1 cup of mini chocolate chips
- A pinch of salt
Directions to follow for chewy condensed milk cookies:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, or a baking mat. Cookies sticking to a baking tray is just horrible.
Mix butter and sugar until fluffy then add the condensed milk and blend until creamy. At this pont add in the baking soda, baking powder and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor then mix until combined.
Now add the flour and blend until fully incorporated. Then add in the last ingredient the delicious chocolate chips! mix for 30 seconds.
Ideally use a cookie scoop to form balls of dough, and drop them 2”apart on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown. YUM!
Allow the cookies to rest on the cookie sheet for at least 5 minutes.
At this point you can remove and store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
